Almost all large and medium-sized enterprises in the supplier industry are prompted to constantly reduce their material costs in series production, due to the rising cost and competitive pressure. Through traditional methods such as supplier negotiations, volume bundling and global sourcing strategies, material costs can be reduced, however the potential is far from being fully exploited. Material management often focuses on procurement rather than the whole company-internal supply chain. A key element here is cost-efficient and environmentally compatible disposal, which ensures a subsequent reduction in the use of goods. Although the process of secondary raw material disposal does not correspond to the core business of the company, we have recognized that this is an added value. Recycling, coupled with transforming processes in order to provide primary products, allows you to maximize resource utilization and thus the greatest added value, which is sustainable and measurable.
